Orders will be processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends) and will be delivered by Royal Mail Signed for.
Please allow extra time for orders during busy periods (Christmas, bank holidays, etc.) as all orders are made fresh by hand. Please also allow an extra day for delivery, regardless of shipping type chosen, this is due to our remote location.
Please note that there may also be disruptions to delivery when there are adverse weather conditions. The Ferries may not sail in certain conditions which also means your goods won't get there in the specified timeframe. However, we will do our best to get them to you as quick as possible.

Please note that we never use any artificial preservatives or additives in our Fudge, Nips, Tablet & Puffin Poo. Our only natural preservatives are sugar and alcohol, therefore any fudge items will only have a 6 week shelf life, please be aware that you may receive them with a shorter date with postage etc (it doesn't take long to demolish them...). Puffin Poo has a 6 month shelf life.
