We were delighted to represent Shetland earlier this year at Make it in Scotland, and following our featured search for a new fudge, we are pleased to introduce 'Trows Bogies', designed by our competiton winner Angie Reynolds, age 12. Trows Bogies, in her words - are a gruesome concoction of Mint chocolate truffle fudge and chewy squidgy mallow 'bogies' . We couldn't resist-and neither will you!
