We are delighted that plans are at last underway to begin work on the new Whisky Distillery in Shetland. Another reason to visit-as if you needed one! But as you know, good whisky is worth waiting for. But being an impatient kind o' gal, I couldn't wait. So we devised a way to get Shetland Spirit Company Vodka and Jago Vanilla Vodka Liqueur all into a bag of fudge. And we certainly succeeded. A sandwich of white and milk chocolate fudge, with a kick to the tonsils at the end. You'll love it!
