As you probably know, Shetland men are hot stuff, so the only fudge we could create in honour of this years Guizer Jarl Einar of Gulberuvik - (Mark Manson to his Mum) was something that truly sets you ablaze with passion. A chilli fudge, combined with the finest dark Belgian Chocolate, the Aztecs may have done it first, but this version is a hard act to follow....
