We are a small family business, hand-making fudge and truffles on the remote Shetland Islands in the North Atlantic.

Finalists in the Scottish Thistle Awards in 2005 and 2006, and winners of the Hospitality Assured Award in October this year, means that you can be assured not only of our commitment to Customer Care at every stage of your order, but our complete attention to detail throughout our handmade range.

Our creations are made in our own shop, coming from our kitchens to you. We use the finest ingredients, local produce wherever possible, and are the only chocolatiers and fudgemakers in Shetland (and we believe in Scotland) creating by hand from our own additive-free recipes. We make in small 2-kilobatches, fresh every day just for you We know you will love our products.

* A footnote! Our delectable fudge is handmade fresh every day for each order, with no preservatives. So please bear this in mind if ordering in advance as a gift. We can deliver direct to the recipient if this makes life easier! We dispatch orders as soon as humanly possibly, (often inhumanely possible, according to our chefs!) and on the day they are made so that your products are guaranteed to be as fresh as possible.
